Every piece is inspected before it ships. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Our promise

Every VedikCraft piece is handmade and inspected before it ships. If something arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we’ll make it right.

What’s eligible

  • Report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  • Items that arrive not as described are eligible for return or refund within 7 days.
  • Handmade pieces carry natural variation in colour, grain and finish — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect, and isn’t grounds for return.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo.
  2. We’ll confirm the return and share simple instructions.
  3. Once received — or, for damage, often without a return — we issue your replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. For Cash-on-Delivery orders we arrange a bank transfer.
