• International: delivery typically 7–18 business days, depending on destination and customs.
• Because every piece is handmade — and many are made to order — some items show a longer dispatch time on the product page.
• You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. Track anytime from your account.

Customs & duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country; these are payable by the recipient. We include accurate HS codes and craft descriptions to keep customs smooth.

Returns & refunds

• Report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Handmade pieces carry natural variation in colour, grain and finish — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
