Cancellation policy

Plans change. You can cancel most orders before they're dispatched for a full refund — here's exactly how it works.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Because every piece is handmade and packed with care, items move to dispatch reasonably quickly — so please cancel as soon as you can.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

Some crafts are made to order or customised specifically for you. Once the artisan has begun work, cancellation may be limited or unavailable, as the piece cannot simply be re-listed. We'll always tell you on the product page when this applies, and we'll do our best to accommodate a cancellation request before work has started.

How to cancel

  1. Open your account and find the order you'd like to cancel, or
  2. Contact us with your order number and the email or phone used to place it.
  3. We'll confirm the cancellation and start your refund.

Refund timeline

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. For Cash-on-Delivery orders we arrange a bank transfer instead, for which we'll request your account details.

Cancellations we may initiate

Occasionally we or a seller may need to cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a payment fails or cannot be verified, or the delivery address is unserviceable. In every such case you'll be fully refunded and we'll let you know what happened.
