Shipping

  • Within India: dispatched in 2–5 business days; delivery typically 3–8 days.
  • International: delivery typically 7–18 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Because every piece is handmade — and many are made to order — some items show a longer dispatch time on the product page.
  • You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships. Track anytime from your account.

Customs & duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country; these are payable by the recipient. We include accurate HS codes and craft descriptions to keep customs smooth.

Packaging

Fragile crafts — pottery, glass, fine metalwork — are wrapped and cushioned for the journey. If anything arrives damaged despite our care, we’ll make it right.

Returns & refunds
