Ganesh Ji Murti under ₹1,000 for Gifting and Home Mandir

This page holds 83 Ganesh ji pieces priced under ₹1,000, from ₹195 to ₹995, in sizes from about 2 inch desk idols up to 14 inch. Forty-seven are aluminium and 36 are pure brass. Weights run from 20 g to 720 g and the middle of the range is about ₹635.

Be plain with yourself about what this budget buys. In pure brass it buys a small, solid murti: 2 to 3 inch, around 200 g, right for a desk, a car dashboard or a small mandir shelf. In aluminium it buys size: 4 to 7 inch idols for a home mandir, including Ganesh on a jhula at 7 inch and a 5.7 inch seated piece. Aluminium is a light silver-grey metal, often finished in colour, and it is why more than half this page fits under ₹1,000. If the gift must be brass, choose by weight and accept a smaller idol. If it must look substantial in a box, choose aluminium and say so when you give it. The page also carries a few Ganesh designs that are not idols, such as a 6.5 inch aluminium wall hanging and a 4.5 inch brass candle stand.

For a housewarming or a wedding card, a 2 to 3 inch brass Ganesh is the usual pick and posts easily. Every listing shows height and weight, there is cash on delivery across India, and orders are dispatched in 2 working days.
