Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order and help you if something goes wrong.
What we collect
- Name, phone, email and delivery address, to fulfil and track your order.
- Payment is handled by the payment gateway; we never see or store card numbers.
- Your email if you sign up for the first-order code.
Payment processing
Card, UPI and net banking payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number goes to Razorpay directly and never reaches our servers. Razorpay is PCI DSS compliant and has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To process orders, send tracking updates on WhatsApp and email, answer support requests, and improve the store. We do not sell your data.
Who sees it
The workshop that packs your order sees your name and address so the courier can deliver. The courier sees the same. Nobody else.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and remember recently viewed pieces. Your wishlist is stored in your own browser only.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand which pages and products people look at. These set cookies that identify your browser, not you by name. Opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out tool.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 8 years as Indian tax law requires. Account details are kept until you delete your account. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
The store runs over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who pack and support orders.
