God Idols Under ₹500: Small Murtis in Brass and Aluminium

This page holds 115 idols and small pooja pieces from ₹155 to ₹500, from 1 inch desk idols up to 8.5 inch wall hangings. 89 are pure brass and 26 are aluminium. Half of them cost ₹400 or less.

Be clear about what ₹500 buys. In brass, it buys a small solid idol: a 1 inch Shivling, a 1.5 inch Lakshmi Ji that weighs 30 g, a 2.5 inch Kali Maa, a 3.2 inch Krishna with flute. These are desk, car and travel kit sizes. In aluminium, the same money goes further in height, because the metal is lighter and costs less. The Ganesh wall hangings here are 6.5 and 8.5 inch tall. So if you want pure brass, expect something that fits in the palm. If you want size for a wall, look at the aluminium pieces. The page also carries a few pooja pieces filed with the idols, such as a 3.8 inch brass snake for a Shivling, a 4.2 inch Nandi bell and a 1 inch Laxmi Kuber diya.

Weights run from 10 g to 1.3 kg. For a car, pick a piece with a flat base and fix it on a non-slip pad. For gifting in numbers, the smallest brass idols are the usual choice. Every listing shows the material, height and weight, and cash on delivery is available across India.
