Business hours
Our team operates Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm IST. Messages received outside these hours are replied to the next business day. We are closed on national public holidays in India.
Grievance Officer
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021, we have designated a Grievance Officer to receive and redress consumer complaints. For formal complaints, email grievance@vedikcraft.com — or visit our grievance redressal page for response timelines and the full process. We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
