Shipping & delivery

How your order reaches you — across India and worldwide — and what to expect along the way.

Shipping within India

  • Free delivery on orders over ₹2,000. Domestic shipping charges apply for orders below that threshold and are shown at checkout.
  • Dispatch: 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Handmade and made-to-order items may have a longer dispatch window — shown on the product page.
  • Delivery: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Track anytime from your account.

International shipping

  • We ship to 49 countries and territories across 10 shipping regions worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Key markets we serve: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Japan, Switzerland — plus 19 European Union countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Austria, Finland, Greece and more) and markets across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Latin America.
  • Delivery: typically 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Every parcel includes accurate HS codes and craft descriptions to support smooth customs clearance.

Customs & duties

International orders may attract import duties, VAT, or other taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We cannot predict or prepay customs charges on your behalf, but we provide complete documentation to assist clearance.

Packaging

Fragile crafts — pottery, glass, fine metalwork — are individually wrapped and cushioned for the journey. We pack for the road, not just the shelf. If anything arrives damaged despite our care, we'll make it right.

Returns & refunds

Report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery with a photo. For confirmed damage or manufacturing defects, we cover return shipping costs — you will not be out of pocket.
