Ganesha Wall Hanging in Brass and Aluminium

This page holds 13 Ganesha wall hangings from ₹435, in heights from 4.5 to 10.8 inch. 9 are brass and 4 are aluminium. The designs include Ganesh face plaques, a framed Ganesh, pieces with coral stone work, leaf (patta) designs in green and red, and Ganesh key holders with hooks.

Choose by the wall and the fixing. A 4.5 to 6.5 inch piece suits the space above a door frame, a mandir wall or a narrow pillar. The 10 inch pieces need a clear patch of wall to be seen properly, so they work better in a living room or a lobby. Then check the weight. The range here is 190 g to 1.65 kg. A piece under half a kilo hangs safely on one nail. A brass piece above 1 kg should go on a screw and wall plug, not on adhesive hooks. The aluminium leaf designs are the lightest for their size and come in colour finishes.

For an entrance wall that gets rain spray or sea air, wipe brass dry after damp days, since moisture is what darkens it. Coloured aluminium pieces should be cleaned with a dry cloth only, never with lemon or a brass polish.
