How do I know my piece is authentic?
Every order ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity carrying a unique QR code. Scan it to see your piece's craft, region, GI status and maker — verifiable any time at vedikcraft.com/verify.
What does “one of a kind” mean here?
Each piece is handmade individually — when it sells, it's gone. We don't restock identical items because no two handmade pieces are identical.
Why is payment Cash on Delivery only?
We're a new marketplace and believe you shouldn't pay before you can hold the piece. UPI and card payments are coming soon; until then, pay only when it arrives.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — we ship worldwide with customs-ready paperwork (HS codes included). International orders are dispatched in 2–4 days and typically arrive within 3–8 business days.
