How do I know my piece is authentic?
Every order ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity carrying a unique QR code. Scan it to see your piece's craft, region, GI status and maker — verifiable any time at vedikcraft.com/verify.
What does “one of a kind” mean here?
Some pieces — mostly original paintings — are truly one of a kind: a single artwork, gone once it sells. Others, like our hand-painted sarees, blouses and textiles, are made to order by the same artisans, so no two are ever painted exactly alike. Either way, nothing is mass-produced or printed.
Why is payment Cash on Delivery only?
We're a new marketplace and believe you shouldn't pay before you can hold the piece. UPI and card payments are coming soon; until then, pay only when it arrives.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — we ship worldwide with customs-ready paperwork (HS codes included). International orders are dispatched in 2–5 days and typically arrive within 7–18 business days.
