Brass Stand Diyas, 6 inch
About this collection
A 6 inch brass stand diya is a lamp on a stand, used for puja and bought for a shrine, a table or a festival tray. The stand lifts the flame to a height where it can be seen from across the room. The weights differ between stands, so a heavier one is steadier on a table.
Fill the lamp with ghee or pooja oil to the level it holds, and keep the wick centred. Clean soot by soaking in warm water with soap and scrubbing with a soft brush, then dry fully before the next use.
