Kalash and Lota, 8 to 15 inch, Under ₹5,000
About this collection
Kalash and lota pieces from 8 to 15 inch under this band are chosen for a puja room, a console table or a temple shelf, where the vessel is set out during a puja. At this price the pieces are brass and fairly light, so the base and the capacity are what to compare. The millilitre figure on the listing tells you how much water the vessel holds.
Almost all pieces are brass, with one in silver plated, and each listing names the metal. Wash the vessel with mild soap and water after use, dry it fully, and keep water away from any wooden part.
