Owl and Eagle Showpieces, 8 to 15 inch
About this collection
A brass eagle showpiece is a strong focus on a living room console, a study shelf or a table, and at this height it is seen clearly from across the room. Eagles and owls here come in brass and aluminium, so check the metal in each listing. Choose by the wall or console the bird will stand against, so the height suits the room.
Dust the feathers and fine detail with a soft brush, and wipe the body with a dry cloth. Keep brass birds out of direct sun and damp corners, and place them on a steady base. After moving one, check that it stands level so it does not tip.

Good to know
Will a brass eagle suit a living room console?
Yes, at 8 to 15 inch it has enough presence for a console, and the listing gives the exact height.
Are aluminium birds easier to move?
Yes, aluminium is lighter than brass, so an aluminium piece is easier to lift and rearrange.
How should the fine detail be cleaned?
Use a soft, dry brush on the feathers and edges, then wipe the body with a dry cloth.
