About this piece
This set of two silver-plated glasses, a goblet design, is 9 inches high and weighs 320 grams. It is polished and made in Moradabad, with a gold-and-silver finish. The glasses suit water or a festive drink.
Rinse each glass with warm water and dry the outside with a cloth. Avoid harsh scouring on the silver-plated surface. It is a graceful gift for a wedding.

How it is made
Brass is melted and poured into sand moulds, cooled, then turned on a lathe to true the shape. Engravers cut the pattern by hand with a hammer and chisel. The piece is polished on a buffing wheel and sealed with a clear lacquer so it stays bright without weekly cleaning.
Care, shipping and returns
Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep away from detergents and damp. Handmade pieces vary slightly in finish, that is the point.
