About this piece
This brass farsa, the pooja accessory, stands 70 inches tall and weighs 4,640 grams. Made from pure brass and polished in Moradabad, it suits a temple or a community puja. The figure is finished evenly from base to top.
Keep the farsa dry and dust with a soft cloth. Use lemon and salt for tarnish, then rinse and dry fully. It is a fitting gift for a temple or a wedding.

How it is made
Brass is melted and poured into sand moulds, cooled, then turned on a lathe to true the shape. Engravers cut the pattern by hand with a hammer and chisel. The piece is polished on a buffing wheel and sealed with a clear lacquer so it stays bright without weekly cleaning.

Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep away from detergents and damp. Handmade pieces vary slightly in finish, that is the point.
