This brass loban dan for pooja is 5 inches high and weighs 420 grams. It is polished and made in Moradabad from pure brass. The stand holds a loban and keeps the ash contained on the puja tray.

Wipe with a dry cloth after each puja and clear ash from the tray. Lemon and salt clear tarnish quickly. It suits a daily puja or a gift for a puja room.

How it is made

Brass is melted and poured into sand moulds, cooled, then turned on a lathe to true the shape. Engravers cut the pattern by hand with a hammer and chisel. The piece is polished on a buffing wheel and sealed with a clear lacquer so it stays bright without weekly cleaning.

Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep away from detergents and damp. Handmade pieces vary slightly in finish, that is the point.
