Brass Lotas, 2 inch
About this collection
A 2 inch brass lota is a small pooja vessel for water and offerings, bought for a home shrine or a puja tray. The capacity is in the name, so check the millilitre figure before choosing. Lotas of the same height can hold different amounts and weigh differently, so compare the listing figures.
Rinse the lota with water after each use and dry it fully, since moisture leaves marks on brass. Brass should not hold sour liquids for long, so keep it for water and plain offerings. Polish the outside with a soft cloth when the metal dulls.
