About this piece

This copper bugle, a small décor piece, is 1.7 inches high and weighs 30 grams. It is copper, polished and made in Moradabad, with an antique-style look for a shelf. The bell of the bugle is finished with clean detail.

Dust with a dry cloth and keep it dry. Clean tarnish gently with lemon and salt. It is a decorative gift for a music lover or a collector.

How it is made

Brass is melted and poured into sand moulds, cooled, then turned on a lathe to true the shape. Engravers cut the pattern by hand with a hammer and chisel. The piece is polished on a buffing wheel and sealed with a clear lacquer so it stays bright without weekly cleaning.

Care, shipping and returns

Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep away from detergents and damp. Handmade pieces vary slightly in finish, that is the point.

Dispatch in 1 to 3 working days from India by tracked courier. Shipping is charged by parcel weight and shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, if any, are collected by the courier on delivery.

Will the colour match the photo?

Hand finishing varies slightly from piece to piece and photos are taken in daylight; expect small differences in shade, never in shape or size.

It is listed as an antique-style décor piece for a shelf or display.

Is 30 g steady?

At 30 g it is very light, so keep it on a flat shelf.
